Mauro Bertolino

has a degree in specialisation in Nuclear energy, at the Polytechnic of Turin, Faculty of Engineering. Since 2003 he manages, within the Piedmont Region, the implementation of the Regional Environmental Energy Plan; authorizations and environmental impact assessments of energy infrastructures and the preparation of guide lines about energy policy. As a member of the working groups set up by the Ministry of Economic Development he collaborates at the regional and national level for the drawing of energy legislation, particularly regarding plants and energy performance of buildings. He also has activities as speaker at conferences and courses in energy, drawing of energy legislation at regional level and is member of various committees for the evaluation of projects in the fields of energy efficiency and RES for the concession of economic aids.

Daniela Sena

is an Expert in EC Project Planning and Management and has a post graduate Master realeased by Euro Master 'Formazione di esperti in progettazione comunitaria e creazione di strumenti di supporto' – Polytechnic of Turin. Since 2007 she is working as consultant for project management.
