Laurence MINNE, Project Manager.
As process engineer completed with a Master in Environmental Management at INSA Lyon, Laurence MINNE has been working 6 years in the gas industry for a German company LINDE GASas technical support for sales to develop gas applications in Environment and Food industries.
She was involved during 4 years as European Project Manager in the IRC (Innovation Relay Centre) at the Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The IRC network now called EEN (Enterprise Europe Network) is dedicated to the promotion of Trans-national Technological Transfers throughout Europe.
She also worked as consultant in the financing of innovation for a small consultant enterprise called AXOVALOR.
She joined the Rhone-Alpes Region in January 2009 as European Project Manager in charge of the coordination of the PITER project.
Hortense LUTZ.
As a specialist of European policies, Hortense LUTZ worked in the Euro-Info Centre of Paris and in the European Commission (DG Enterprise) to bring support and information to small-and-medium sized enterprises (SME) on European programmes, funding and legislation. As a consultant for local authorities, she was involved in the management and evaluation of Europeans programmes and the support for the structuring of projects, especially European structural Funds, INTERREG.
She joined Region Rhone-Alpes a year ago as a project manager for European projects and cooperation on research, economy and innovation.
