Ingrid MILCENT

is a Project Manager within Tenerrdis since October 2008.
She has ten years of experience in Project Management through different positions held at Hewlett Packard, Grenoble.
She specialized in Innovation Management through à Master’s Degree at IAE Grenoble in 2008.
She is a Graduate of Université Paris Dauphine (1990), Institut National des Télécommunications (1991), University of Colorado at Boulder (1992).

 

 

Dr Françoise CHARBIT

is the general manager of Tenerrdis, the first French cluster in Energy since June 2009. She was previously in charge of socio-economic foresight and strategy at CEA, the French Atomic Energy Commission. She has conducted detailed foresight analysis about innovative technologies for the health sector, the building sector and nanotechnologies, involving researchers and industrial companies. She has led the activity “Foresight and Strategy” in the European Network of Excellence Nano2Life (FP6) coordinated by CEA, and has conducted a full programme to foster networking and roadmapping activities in the field of nanotechnologies for health and medicine.
She joined CEA in 1994 being the technology foresight manager of the Technological Research Division based in Grenoble. She has been as well in charge of technology watch and strategic planning for 3 years for a research department. In 2001 she has led the creation of an innovation center related to nanobiotechnology. Her earlier working experience includes strategic planning and foresight consultancy, as well as materials science engineering in the microelectronics sector. She holds an Engineering degree (1987) and a PhD in management (1991).

 

Michel DEFLACHE

After a degree in Oenology, he obtained a diploma in 1984 in marketing management of agribusiness products (University Lyon II). In 2005, he got an MBA at EM Lyon with two specializations (Major in international Business, Global leadership & corporate, Major in Restructuring Specialization). In his early professional years he has worked as entrepreneur running his own farming company, and more recently a SME in the clothing industry. Most of his carrier has been dedicated to run a wine industry organization in charge of beaujolais wines 'worldwide marketing, of economics management, legal files and lobbying. He also founded and managed during 10 years a regional tourism board developing incoming and promotional activities In 2004, he was coordinator of a comprehensive strategic plan and has initiated in 2006 a territorial cluster with main axes based upon products innovation, sustainable development, tourism and international development.  During three years (1998-2001) he was project manager to set up a network of 157 towns designed as Pays, a legally recognized territory. He acted as well as independent consultant in marketing and strategy areas. His main competences skills are connected to international and economical development, including management of transnational actions supported by European programs (Japan, USA, Italy, Germany), networking cooperation, marketing and communication, market intelligence, and business strategy
